We are currently building our Cardiac Cath Lab program and are looking for a few highly skilled and energetic people who want to be part of the building process. We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor who lives and breathes cardiac cath. The ideal person has had hands on experience with scrubbing, circulating, monitoring and successfully leading teams and building team dynamics. The cath lab is preparing to become a 24/7 lab and the ideal person must be comfortable with being on call.
SUMMARY  The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible and accountable for organizing and directing all aspects of nursing services.  Works collaboratively with the Unit Director in supporting clinic operations and patient throughput.  Serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for nursing's reputation and performance. Provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, finance, human resources, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, and leadership & professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS • Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse • Bachelor Degree in Nursing Required • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years of leadership experience, preferred.
