Mednet - Holter Supervisor
Reports to: Manager & Director of Clinical Operations
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2PM – 10:30PM
Works with the Director and Manager to manage all Holter employees to include: Clinical Admins, QA Team and Contracted Scanners.
•Serve as frontline for policy enforcement.
•Monitor that all holter employees are performing tasks assigned to include clinical admins, QA team and all scanning technicians both FTE’s and contractors.
•Monitor processes and evaluate
•Handle escalated inquiries and provide feedback to Manager.
•Notify training team of recurring quality issues to allow for re-training.
•Handle special tasks specific to holter modality as they arise.
•Collaborate with operations to review recent productivity levels and to plan upcoming staff levels.
•Attend weekly management meetings.
•Perform employee evaluations and discipline when needed.
•Take ownership and be held accountable that all holter runs smoothly.
•Contribute strategic guidance to the growth of virtual holter team including training standards, streamlining processes, and product recommendations.
•Payroll verification for contractors
•Calculation of Month to Date numbers and Queue turnaround times
•Resolution of client issues
•Perform additional duties that may be assigned or assumed as time and/or circumstances necessitate
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•Leadership and management skills.
•Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task at a high level.
•Mature and sound judgment.
•Flexibility with schedule (This is a full-time 40+hours a week position)
•EKG interpretation skills a must
•College degree in related field or job related experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement
Cross-trained and certified in all holter softwares a plus.
