Kearney Regional Medical Center is seeking experienced candidates to join our team of cardiovascular and electrophysiology professionals.

- Experienced candidates that require relocation are eligible to receive pre-negotiated additional vacation time (3 vacation periods 1-2 weeks each) with paid round trip airfare when flying direct out of Kearney or Grand Island (to Denver, Phoenix, Orlando, Vegas, Dallas, ect)

- KRMC will provide reimbursement for CEs necessary to fulfill licensure and certification obligation.

About the Cath Lab RN Position: The goal of the Interventional Cardiology RN is to provide safe, competent, quality patient care as a member of this team. The patients being cared for require various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This level of care requires keen attention to detail, and a high level of communication with the patient, family, and team of physicians, nurses, and technologists.

 

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification, or completion within six months of employment
- 1 year of related acute care experience required, experience in interventional cardiology or critical care preferred
About the Cath Lab Tech Position: The goal of the Interventional Cardiology technologist is to provide safe, competent, quality patient care as a member of this team. The patients being cared for require various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This level of care requires keen attention to detail, and a high level of communication with the patient, family, and team of physicians, nurses, and technologists.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited program in an applied or health science discipline (cardiovascular technology, radiological technology, respiratory therapy, paramedic, RN, LPN, ect)
- Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) preferred
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification, or completion within six months of employment
- 1 year of related acute care experience required, experience in interventional cardiology or critical care preferred
