Under the direction of the Operations Manager for Non-Invasive Cardiology, Echo Lab RN Supervisor and Medical Director, plans, directs, and coordinates the daily activities of the Adult Echo Lab. Ensures efficiency of scheduling, problem solving and delivery of high standards of patient care. Ensures policies and procedures meet all regulatory requirements. Maintains equipment and inventory in a cost effective manner.

We are a large multimodality lab in a tertiary care center with over 12,000 studies per year, located in rural Pennsylvania, not far from NYC and Philadelphia.  As part of our team you will have the opportunity to make a difference working with adult cardiology patient populations.
The successful candidate serves in a Team Leader role, which will plan, direct and coordinate the daily activities of the Adult Echo Lab. This individual will demonstrate a high level of autonomy and expert skill in ensuring efficiency in scheduling, problem solving and delivery of high quality patient care.  Also ensures policies and procedures meet all regulatory requirements and will maintain equipment and inventory in a cost effective manner. 
Works under the general supervision of the Echo Lab RN Supervisor. Reports Directly to the Echo Lab RN Supervisor.

Job Requirements
Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills; ability to perform under stress; meet competing demands from all members of the healthcare team. Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills needed to create a collaborative team and maintain superior customer satisfaction. Demonstrates commitment to quality assurance program. Demonstrates ability to ensure cost effective staff scheduling and budgeting.
Bachelor of Science degree preferred or actively pursuing.
 ARDMS or CCI credential required. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required, and two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
 BLS required or obtained upon employment
Work is typically performed in a clinical environment.
