Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is a not-for-profit corporation that delivers vital support to a triad of professional societies, personal credentialing, and educational programs. For more than 50 years as a credentialing body focused on the heart and circulatory systems, CCI continues to improve the quality of patient care through the wholehearted support of the education and career ambitions of more than 26,000 individuals credentialed across nine certification programs.
At CCI, we know that successful educators foster successful students. For more than a decade, CCI’s Board of Trustees has ensured that funds are allocated to support the cardiovascular education community.
Each Spring CCI hosts the Cardiovascular Educators’ Forum. Educators from invasive cardiovascular technology, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and electrophysiology programs across the United States and Canada are invited to participate.
50 educators unite
The cost is minimal and the application process is simple. Travel, conference meals, and one-night hotel costs are covered for up to 50 educators. There is a $150 registration fee for all accepted attendees.
Are you interested in speaking at the 2025 forum?
This year, we’re seeking innovative presentations designed to spark robust discussions and share strategies and tools that set the standard in cardiovascular education. Presentations should aim to engage and involve the audience actively. We welcome proposals that address timely topics in various formats. Some examples of topic areas include. but are not limited to:
- Educator well-being
- Artificial Intelligence
- Teaching challenges (didactic, clinical, distance)
- Assessment development and tools
- Preparing students for clinical practicum
- Assessing clinical skills
- Marketing to and identifying prospective students
- The future of cardiovascular education
